All orders placed through Attica 4x4 will be shipped via UPS or LTL Freight (depending on shipment size) within 1-3 business days from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays will be processed the following business day.
Depending on where you are shipping your item(s), you may experience delays in your shipping. Factors such as extreme weather conditions or peak holiday seasons may also cause shipping delays. Please note that any delays should be brought to the attention of UPS and should not be addressed to Attica 4x4. To determine the status of your delivery, please contact UPS with the tracking number provided to you in the shipping confirmation email.
Attica 4x4 is not liable for any damages incurred while in transit. Should any damages occur, a claim will be filed through Attica 4x4 on behalf of the customer.
Attica 4x4 does not offer international shipping. If you would like to ship overseas, please contact us @firstname.lastname@example.org
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.
If your return is approved, you should expect the refund to be credited back to your account within 7-10 business days of returning your items to us.
Please note if you purchased the wrong item, you are responsible for the return shipping charges and only the item cost is reimbursed. Item must be in new condition.
